Since 26 January 2026, GC Pro Consulting has organized three training series on public accounting in the health sector and the specific features of the 2026 Finance Act. The first session took place at the Séro Kora 3 hotel in Parakou from 26 to 28 January 2026; the second at the LINK Hotel in Lokossa from 02 to 04 February 2026; and the third at the Edith Palace hotel in Porto-Novo from 24 to 26 February 2026.
Given the success of the three sessions, other actors of the expenditure execution chain requested a final session. GC Pro Consulting has set aside 1 to 03 April 2026 for this additional course, to be held at the Edith Palace hotel in Porto-Novo.

The lead trainer is Mr Domahouton Julien DENAGBE, a senior official at the Ministry of Health who has served at every level of Benin's health pyramid.
Expected participants
The actors of the expenditure execution chain, in particular the actors of public procurement award and control and the actors of budget execution (authorizing officers, accountants, management controllers, and so on).
Participation fee
The participation fee is 118,000 CFA francs (inclusive of tax) per participant, covering refreshments, documentation and the certificate of participation.
